Volunteer benefits
Volunteers get the exclusive right to shop first! (Up to half of the items at seasonal consignment sales sell during these pre-sales, so this is a big deal.) Plus, if you volunteer one shift, your consignment percentage (the amount you make on your items) goes up to 70%. Volunteering two shifts? You’ll earn 75% and your consignment fee will drop to $5!
To sign up to volunteer, register with our consignor site and click on the Volunteer tab! Then find the Job & Shift you’d like to work and click the Join Shift button. You’re done!
Volunteer shifts and positions

General setup
Duties: set out and label racks, set up tables, hang sponsor signs, set up large item corral, set up router & computers for checkouts
Shifts: Monday, 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Setup volunteers may bring children that can quietly entertain themselves and stay out of the way while we work, such as with a book or iPad.
Drop off
Duties: verify that items are in excellent condition and tagged properly, direct consignors on where to place items, check in for consignors
Shifts: Tuesday, 12 PM to 4 PM or 4 PM to 8 PM
Working the sale: checkout, security & tidying
Duties: Duties: scan tags at checkout, collect email addresses from shoppers, swipe credit cards or cash, make change, watch for and prevent theft, return unpurchased items to the racks, general customer service & straightening. We want to find the job you’ll like most!

Pickup
Duties: separate unsold items to be returned and donated, sort items to be returned by consignor, return items to correct consignors at pickup
Shift: Saturday, 1 PM to 5 PM
Breakdown
Duties: disassemble racks, load up rolling racks & labels, fold tables, take down and pack sponsor signs, take down large item corral, pack up router & computers from checkouts
Shift: Saturday, 4 PM – 8 PM
